Buying Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, or Bitcoin Cash at a RockItCoin Bitcoin ATM is easy. We'll walk you through this process in 10 steps.
DISCLAIMER: It is important to understand to NEVER send Bitcoin to pay for Utility Bills and to pay any governmental entities or law enforcement agencies. All Transactions are IRREVERSIBLE, so they are also FINAL.
Step 1:
Select “Buy Coins”
Step 2:
Select the range your transaction falls under.
(For this example, we selected $20-$750)
Step 3:
Enter your phone number. Be sure to read the warning displayed.
Step 4:
Enter your secret PIN (New users: You will be creating your secret PIN)
Step 5:
Select the coin you wish to transact. (For this example, we selected ‘Bitcoin’)
Step 6:
Select where the Bitcoin is to be sent. (For this example, we selected ‘Scan Wallet QR Code’)
Step 7:
Scan the QR Code of your wallet. (The scanner is glowing red and located above the keypad)
If you are using the RockItCoin app, to find your wallet address, under ‘Wallets’ select ‘BTC’ for Bitcoin. If you are not, you may continue to ‘Step: 8’.
Next, select ‘Request’, and your wallet QR Code will be displayed.
Step 8:
You may proceed by selecting ‘This is my personal Bitcoin wallet’ as long as the wallet address you are providing is your own and under your full control.
Step 9:
You may now fund your transaction by inserting your bills into the black bill acceptor below the screen and keypad. The word ‘Bill’ will be flashing green.
Once you have finished inserting the bills verify that the amount you inserted matches the amount displayed on the screen. If it does, you may select ‘Finish’. (For this example, we inserted $20.00)
Step 10:
Finally, you may select the kind of receipt you would like to receive.
You have now completed your transaction!
